Hello, really funny, entertaining and interesting podcast. Thank you.
I would like to ask a question about burnout. You suggest that the best think is to stop, listen to yourself and understand that this is a necessary step for healing. However, what can you do when you can’t really stop? When your income depends on this job, when you are a busy mum, how do you stop? How do you still cope with burnout?

This was completely fun and juicy! I’ve been doing some hobby researching on ancient Goddesses like Ishtar recently and was surprised to discover that the distinction between the sexual and the spiritual is only a recent one. The word “whore” or “harlot” actually comes from the Vedic “puta” meaning “pure” and “holy”. The word “lust” is derived from the words lustre or light, and originally meant “religious joy”. Strength, light, lust and holiness were originally one. It’s when this sexual energy is imbalanced that violence can replace creative sexual expression in society.

I’d be interested to learn how you recommend incorporating spirituality and sexuality in daily life in a practical way, and how women can reclaim their sacred sensuality.

Other divine topics for podcasts:
- PMS and moon cycles, and what to do when you feel “allergic” to other people during this time
- Sharing inspirational books that changed your life!
