SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to the impact of COVID19 and the fact that these products are print-on-demand, there may be significant delays with production and shipping. It may take up to 14 business days for your order to be printed and 30 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note, major delays have now been noted for orders shipping to CANADA due to COVID19.
It may take up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive.

THE FABULOUS QUESTIONS AND THEIR ANSWERS:


Q: Is there a cut off date to buying the workbooks?

A: Sure is! The 15th of January 2021 is the last day you can purchase the 2021 Goal Getter collection. After that, you’ll have to wait until the 2022 collection launches later in the year.

Q: I sent you an email, how long until I get a reply?

A: We reply to all emails received within 3 business days!

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Due to COVID19, it may take up to 14 business days for your order to ship, and another 30 days for your order to arrive (and up to 6 weeks for Canada). Delays are impacting both production and shipping times, and we appreciate your patience. 

Q: Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

A: If it’s been more than 30 days (or 6 weeks if you’re in Canada) send us an email to support@leoniedawson.com and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Q: My order has arrive and it’s damaged/incorrect! Help!

A: We’re so sorry to hear this! Please shoot us an email with photos of your order and your order number and we’ll organise you a replacement.

Q: How do I use the digital workbooks?

A: Well, some people buy them digitally and print them out at home! Others use them purely digitally. On Apple products you can use Preview/Mark Up and on Windows we’ve had people use either Adobe Acrobat/DC or PDF Annotate and Fill

Q: I need to cancel my order/change my address, help!

A: You’ll need to email us at support@leoniedawson.com with your order number and cancellation reason/new address as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/refund your order before it is automatically sent to our printers. We cannot refund orders that have been sent to the printers and we cannot change addresses for orders that have already been shipped.

Q: I received my order but I don’t like it/have changed my mind. Can I have a refund?

A: Nope! Sorry we don’t offer refunds just because you’ve decided you don’t want it anymore or change your mind. We recommend you head to goalgetterbooks.com and watch the video walkthrough of each book before purchasing to ensure it’s what you’re after.

Q: Where does my order ship from?

A: Your order ships from a distribution centre located in the US. 

Q: Why do you charge in USD?

A: 70% of Leonie’s customers are from the US, so we charge in the currency that makes the most sense to her customers. We are unable to charge in other currencies at this time.

Q: How many pages are the books? 

A: Life book: 169 | Biz book: 170 | Weekly planner: 156 | Daily to-do list: 136

Q: What sizes are the books?

A: The Life + Biz books and the Weekly Planner are 7”x10”. The Daily To-Do List is 5.5″x8.5″.

Q: Help! I can’t access my digital download!

A: Don’t fret! First, check your junk/spam email. If you still can’t find it, please send us an email to support@leoniedawson.com with your name, order number and the email address you ordered with. We’ll get you sorted within 3 business days!
