Free poster: Key Zen Habits

by Goddess Leonie on April 28, 2009

Hola gorgeous Goddesses!

I’ve sprouted on and on before here and here about how much I adore Leo Babauta‘s work. Last night I was clearing through my piles of stuff and found a lined piece of paper that I refer to everyday – with his zen habits scrawled on them. And because everything is better when it’s rainbow & visuals, I made a poster of it. Then I made another copy of it for my work desk… and then thought… why not just share it with the world too?

So here it is, beyoootiful souls ~ Goddess Leonie’s take on the 12 Key Zen Habits poster.

I’ve also created desktop wallpaper version of it for you to download too. Rainbow zen-ness both online and  offline :)

Download your own printable PDF poster here.

{Please note: Leo has an uncopyright on his work & is happy for it to be shared around.}

EnJOY ~ I so hope it helps & inspires you as much as Zen Habits has me.

And if you’re looking for even more zen goodliness in your life, I double-thumbs-up-goddess-high-five his ebooks Zen To Done & Zen Habits Handbook for Life.

Have a gorgeous, joyful day dearhearts!

I absolutely adore your art. Thank you for this inspirational gift. I have printed it out and have the perfect turqoise frame for it. Just today I was looking at the frame and thinking of what to put in it. The Universe dropped it right into my lap.

Thank you so much for your generosity.
Unhappily I don’t understand English and use a translator of texts to read their goods.. but goods as these that are drawn and no written in computer are impossible of translating.. as well as the calendar and other wonderful things that you do.
even so I love to read your blog.. I always get to translate some positive and inspiring message.
thank you for letting to announce me even of your community as mere spectator.
big hugz,
yasmin

Wonderful! A colorful reminder to keep it simple, even when the computer is turned off.

This just makes me want to draw… I don’t love drawing (yet) but I love colors and free lines.

My art teacher (1985, I was a young married working woman taking one class after work) had us load a large paintbrush with india ink (black, oh well). Then we used our whole arms to paint our names on paper which was taped to the wall. It loosened us up and made us stop trying to over-control. I never let go long enough to love drawing… but I never gave up on the possibility I might like it someday.

Thanks again. Must buy some fun colored ink and see what fun I can have with it.

LynnH
