To the CEO & Editor of The CEO Magazine,
I’m writing in to offer feedback on your International Women’s Day Issue.
I picked up your magazine for the first time on this issue, thinking it would be an excellent showcase of women leaders.
Imagine my surprise when after the feature about women leaders… it was interview after interview of older white male CEOs. The lack of diversity was shocking and felt deeply offensive.
Where are the interviews of CEOs who are women? Where are the interviews of BIPOC leaders? Where are the diverse leader interviews? Your magazine currently does not reflect me, or my CEO associates.
Please advise on your editorial diversity statistics and initiatives.
Your magazine is clearly an important resource for the CEO community, but is not living up to its potential of empowering all leaders.
