Chaos, Crying & Clarity: My Wildest Pre-Launch Week

My sweet souls,

Picture this: you’ve got a massive March launch planned. The to-do list is longer than your unicorn tail. You’re READY. And then?

You fall up the stairs.
Your back seizes like it’s auditioning for a Victorian fainting scene.
Your menstrual cycle decides to personally assassinate your ADHD meds.
And Mercury? Mercury is out there doing… something. Retrograding? Microwaving? Filing paperwork against you? WHO KNOWS.

Welcome to launch week, my loves.

In this raw, hilarious, slightly unhinged but deeply grounded episode, I share EVERYTHING that went sideways in one wild pre-launch week — and the surprisingly practical, slightly witchy, very human toolkit that helped me claw my way back to clarity, momentum, and joy.

We’re talking beef liver capsules.💊
Frankincense smoke bombs. 💨
Kinesiology. ⚡
Emergency osteopath visits. 🦴
Altar resets. 🦄
Metamucil hacks. 🍎

This is what it actually looks like behind the curtain of a successful launch.

And we also go there — into the inner terrain. The fear. The freeze. The false belief that everyone else has it together while you’re internally feral.

Spoiler: they don’t.
I promise you they don’t.
