so i’ve been doing my one new thing a day for a lunch, such a powerful and liberating it is!

yesterday saw me fulfilling one of my “things to do this lifetime” items ~
i found an indian fashion store and stocked up on armfuls of bangles.
my moving arms are now percussion instruments.

speaking of percussion instruments, i now own a djembe drum. and i’m going to do a tribal rhythms workshop. chris tried to explain to me the concept of 4/4 beats. and i said “but what if i just want something more organic? what if i want to sound like rain?”
