Here’s how my night went:
I finished reading a copywriting book and decided I wanted to create a poster with the key lessons I learned from it.
And then I decided I wanted to learn more about Visual Sketch notes… and remembered my darling friend @katiedraws is a guest expert in my Academy teaching exactly that.
So off I trundled and took these sketch notes of her sketch notes workshop… so meta. BEHOLD:
If you’re in the Academy, you need to take this workshop STAT… so blooming GOOOD!!!
Also, this year, Katie and me met IRL after being online friends for years. And spoiler alert: she’s even more delicious and scrumptious in person. It’s kinda rare when your online friendship magic converts to even more in person friendship magic.
We also discovered there’s a special portal in the world that only we can access, and it’s one of the most magical places I’ve ever been.
This post makes me happy because it has two of my favourite things in it: drawing + friends.
