The Seriously In Business Podcast

My gorgeous friends,I recently had the absolute JOY of being a guest on The Seriously In Business Podcast with the fabulous Jacqui Nauton—business coach, brand designer, and all-around kickass entrepreneur. And let me tell ya, we had a BLAST chatting about one of my fave topics:

????Building A Thriving Membership Community????

If you’ve ever wondered how to create a membership model that’s not just wildly successful but also aligned with who you are (and won’t make you want to pull your hair out from stress), then you’ll want to give this episode a listen!

Here’s a sneak peek at what we talked about:

• ???? How I work less and earn more. I share how I only work 10 hours a week and still run the Brilliant Biz & Life Academy with nearly 5,000 fabulous souls, generating a jaw-dropping $11-12 million! Hint: It’s all about focusing on high-revenue activities and ditching the stuff that doesn’t matter.
• ???? Keeping it simple, sweetheart. You don’t need to charge a billion bucks or create endless funnels to succeed. I built my membership on a straightforward, accessible price point of $199/year and focused on delivering MASSIVE value with over 100 programs worth $10,000! No complicated launches needed—just joy, connection, and a passion for helping others.
• ✨ Retaining happy customers. We talked about my secret to keeping members engaged and not overwhelmed.
• ???? Affiliates over ads.  Instead of throwing money at Zuckerberg, I’ve built a powerhouse affiliate program that harnesses the power of word-of-mouth marketing. It’s genuine, it’s powerful, and it’s a whole lot more fun!
• ????  The magic of data + intuition. I lean into data like it’s my business bestie, but I also trust my intuition.

Grab yourself a cuppa and head on over to listen to our full chat—it’s packed with golden nuggets of wisdom that you can start using TODAY to grow your own beautiful business, the fun way! ????????
