My brain is all a fuzz again.
Roaring and so many tabs open again.

What has caused this?

  • Ramping up work again.
  • Lots of stimulation.
  • On social media again for the first time in 2 years.
  • It feels like there is a lot happening & I don’t have time to process.
  • Plus kids are adjusting to new school & new routines…

Remedies, as always:

  • Journalling
  • Weighted blankets
  • Sleep
  • Reading novels
  • Painting
  • Non-work
  • Colouring
Having an ASD and ADHD brain means my brain gets fuzzy & on fire so easily. I’ve experienced this over & over again over the years. I know now what to do to bring it back to equilibrium again.
